Rub palm over the back of the other hand with interlaced fingers : 甲 を 洗う（こう を あらう）

Rub finger tips: 爪 を 洗う（つめ を あらう）

Palm to palm with fingers interlaced: 指 の 股 を 洗う（ゆび の また を あらう）

Rub each thumb clasped: 親指 の 付け根 を 洗う（おやゆび の つけね を あらう）

Scrub wrists: 手首 を 洗う（てくび を あらう）
